Our online return policy is for store credit only. We do not issue refunds. We are not always able to do online exchanges because we cannot guarantee the availability of items due to inventory turnover. We recommend trying on the merchandise as soon as possible to insure your happiness with the product.
We will accept returns within 15 days of the original date of purchase. Once your return is received, we will process it within 3 business days. You will receive an email notifying you that your return has been received and processed. If the returned merchandise meets our return criteria , an online credit will be issued for the amount returned minus the shipping charge.

Items not eligible for return are:
  • Washed, worn, or altered items.
  • Items without original tags attached.
  • Items with obvious damage, makeup stains, deodorant stains, or any odor on them.
  • Sale or clearance items, including Flash Sale and Deal of the Day
  • Jewelry
  • Scarves, belts, gloves, and boot socks
  • Undergarments (leggings, camis, slips, bras, or socks)
  • Shoes must be returned in original box without damage to the box.
  • Items received past the 14 day return period.
We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse store credit based on the returned condition. Returns that do not meet the return criteria will be shipped back to customer at the customer’s expense.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the wrong item was shipped. Each item in your order is inspected before shipment, but if you receive a damaged item or the wrong item please call or email us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that you return meets the criteria stated. Next, complete the Return Form on this page and include it in the box with the items you are returning. Once your package is received, please allow 2-3 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will either be called or emailed a notification. If the returned merchandise meets the return criteria, an online credit will be issued for the amount returned minus the shipping cost.
